Joanna started working as a behavioral therapist in 2008. Joanna has worked with children with various disabilities and developmental delays in school, home and clinic settings. Joanna has extensive experience and training in Verbal Behavior, DTT, and Naturalistic Teaching Strategies. She achieved B.A.'s in American Studies and Latin American/Latino Studies at University of California, Santa Cruz (2006). She has also completed her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2013) and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014.
Daisy is a Southern California native and has lived in Las Vegas Nevada since the fall of 2015. She has been a part of the ALC team since then and has worked as an Registered Behavior Technician. Currently, she has a board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) and holds a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton. She has worked professionally with young children since 2010 in different capacities, and specifically with learners with autism spectrum disorder as well as other developmental disorders since 2013. Her interests are within developing and expanding the verbal repertoires for learners and increasing their own and their families' quality of life. In her spare time, Daisy loves to spend time outdoors with her family.
KASEY SMITH, B.S., BCaBA, LaBA
Kasey has over 10 years experience working in the field of ABA. She has worked in clinic, school, and home settings in multiple states as a RBT, working with children on the Autism Spectrum. As well as experience in various settings, she has also worked with a wide range of ages. Kasey became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2017. In her spare time, she likes to do outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking, with her husband and friends.
