DR. GWEN DWIGGINS, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA, COBA
Chief Executive Officer, Founder

Dr. Gwen Dwiggins, PhD., BCBA-D, LBA, COBA received her doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University (2008). She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate, serving children with Autism, Developmental Delays, and Learning Disorders.

Dr. Dwiggins has been involved with consultation and training of families, staff and districts since 1997. She currently serves learners through assessment, behavioral and educational collaboration with schools, and managing home-based programs. Dr. Dwiggins is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis. She has presented at several local and national conferences.



JILLIAN JARVIS, MA, BCBA
Clinical Operations Supervisor

Jill has experience working with learners with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays in the home, clinic and school setting dating back to 2011. She joined the team at ALC in June 2014. Jill completed her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University in May 2017, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017. She has been the Clinical Operations Supervisor for ALC since 2018. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her dogs, cat and husband, trying new restaurants, and being outdoors. 




JOANNA RAYMUNDO, MS, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Supervisor
 

Joanna started working as a behavioral therapist in 2008. Joanna has worked with children with various disabilities and developmental delays in school, home and clinic settings. Joanna has extensive experience and training in Verbal Behavior,  DTT, and Naturalistic Teaching Strategies. She achieved B.A.'s in American Studies and Latin American/Latino Studies at University of California, Santa Cruz (2006). She has also completed her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2013) and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014.







​DAISY SANTANA, MEd, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor

Daisy is a Southern California native and has lived in Las Vegas Nevada since the fall of 2015. She has been a part of the ALC team since then and has worked as an Registered Behavior Technician. Currently, she has a board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) and holds a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton. She has worked professionally with young children since 2010 in different capacities, and specifically with learners with autism spectrum disorder as well as other developmental disorders since 2013. Her interests are within developing and expanding the verbal repertoires for learners and increasing their own and their families' quality of life. In her spare time, Daisy loves to spend time outdoors with her family.







​KASEY SMITH, B.S., BCaBA, LaBA

Clinical Supervisor


Kasey has over 10 years experience working in the field of ABA. She has worked in clinic, school, and home settings in multiple states as a RBT, working with children on the Autism Spectrum. As well as experience in various settings, she has also worked with a wide range of ages. Kasey became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2017. In her spare time, she likes to do outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking, with her husband and friends.
