Joanna started working as a behavioral therapist in 2008. Joanna has worked with children with various disabilities and developmental delays in school, home and clinic settings. Joanna has extensive experience and training in Verbal Behavior, DTT, and Naturalistic Teaching Strategies. She achieved B.A.'s in American Studies and Latin American/Latino Studies at University of California, Santa Cruz (2006). She has also completed her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2013) and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014.
KASEY S., B.S., BCaBA, LaBA
Kasey has over 10 years experience working in the field of ABA. She has worked in clinic, school, and home settings in multiple states as a RBT, working with children on the Autism Spectrum. As well as experience in various settings, she has also worked with a wide range of ages. Kasey became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2017. In her spare time, she likes to do outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking, with her husband and friends.
DIANA M., M.A., BCBA
Diana has worked with clients in the special needs population since 2014. She worked for a school district in San Jose, CA as a Paraeducator and when she moved to Las Vegas, NV in the summer of 2016, she began working as an RBT and directly implementing ABA. Diana has her MA in Psychology (Jan 2018 from NCU); she is currently enrolled in the Hybrid MA Program for Professional Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) as well as the PhD program for Industrial/Organizational Psychology at NCU. She plans to pursue her Organizational Behavior Management certification through FIT once she completes her MA in ABA. Diana has been with the ALC team since October 2017. She has one daughter who she spends all of her free time spoiling and together they enjoy hiking, traveling, reading and binge watching British shows on Netflix.
